Growing up around youth sports, I watched my dad dedicate countless hours as a head coach. Coaching wasn’t his full-time job — he also gave private lessons on the side because he genuinely loved helping youth athletes improve.

But I also saw the other side of coaching.

Instead of spending all his time developing players, so many hours were spent on registration paperwork, parent communication, scheduling, fundraising, and the endless behind-the-scenes tasks that come with running a team.

Listening to those frustrations made me realize that coaches shouldn’t have to do it all alone.

That’s why I created Kat’s Team Operations.

My goal is simple: take the administrative workload off coach’s shoulders so they can spend more time doing what they love: teaching, mentoring, and developing athletes.

Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to support multiple youth teams with registration, communication, parent organization, graphics, fundraising, and game-day operations. Every season has reinforced the same lesson: when coaches have reliable support behind the scenes, everyone benefits—from the coaching staff to the parents, and most importantly, the athletes.
